We had worked with Vita before. At the beginning of 2023, we purchased one of our properties directly from a client of hers.
Life changes, and the need for professional support arises. So without much hesitation, we entrusted Vita with the sale of both of our properties.
Vita immediately got to work! What really surprised us was that despite the fact that Vita was expecting a baby at the time, she managed to sell both of our properties within 100 days!!! The first property was sold within the first 14 days!!! With the second one, we were slower ourselves, but in the end, Vita succeeded in coordinating both our personal needs and the requirements of the new owners.
Working with Vita felt like being part of one team, operating in synchronized communication to achieve the desired result in a clear, understandable, and professional manner for all parties involved. Respecting the needs, uncertainties, etc., of everyone involved, because property buying/selling is stressful in its own way. However, with Vita, we felt safe.
We sold the last property remotely, signing the notary deed via video conference. Vita organized this as well, which saved us both time and money, as we didn’t have to travel back to Latvia just to sign the documents.

Who knows, maybe if life changes again, we know who to turn to for help!
