Modern quality building structures and finishing materials, which guarantee their durability, were used in construction of the building:

• Building frames are formed by reinforced concrete ceilings, supported by reinforced concrete columns. The newest materials, like PepiReflect and SicaCompond, were used for heat and sound insulation, providing high level of warmth and sound-proofing;

• Voltex waterproofing and modern technical solutions against floods and underwater were used, protecting against flood of up to 2.50 m asl;

• High-class sound proofing in buildings and apartments – up to ~ 65 dB;

• High-quality anodized aluminum windows;

• Glaverbel Eenrgy N double-glazed windows , which will provide the highest level of protection against sun rays in Summer and against heat loss in Winter;

• Trespa wooden façade system, which provide guarantee of peculiar durability against sun and dampness for 50 years, was used for façade decoration finish.
