BIĶERZIEDI is a complex of apartment houses in Teika, one of the most prestigious Riga boroughs, near the crossing of Biķernieku and Tālivalža streets. The project will consist of two five-floor apartment houses with 80 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments, with area 33 - 81 m2. All apartments will have a balcony. The comfortable, modern-design apartments of Scandinavian quality will be offered with complete interior finishing.

For the convenience of tenants, the buildings will be equipped with lifts; there will be over- and under-ground car parks, improved and planted territory, and a playground and rest places in the yard.

The construction works were commenced in March 2011.
