An idea of harmonious neighbourhood is being promoted in Beberi, when every resident of the village is the master of his/her own property, but free territories and other common resources are intended for public use. Families are authorized to make use of the public access area of the village also "a club" or a guest house, which comprises of rooms for children, workrooms, a library and a laundry room, as well as more spacious premises for bigger parties.
