Project "the sound of Arcade" is one of the few projects in Latvia, which in the industrial area is transformed into a residential area. The aim of the project is the opportunity to live in unusual environments, which are carefully saved and restoration of the former factory of brick wall. The middle of the House is based on the principle of open passage: therefore the building turned into view on the tidy and cosy inner courtyard.
About the building: the old mechanical engineering factory reconstruction started in the spring of 2005, after the architect's Studio "L ' EScal" project. Reconstruction of well known construction company "RE" RE ". The project created pursuant to any modern and mobile people.
The building is built in 86 different size and layout of the apartments, with an area of 30-157 sq.m. Are available for 1-4 room apartments, which is located from 3-6 feet.
The building was put into operation in 2006. The building is provided with 24-hour security, CCTV, underground and surface parking, elevator.
The House is near excellent infrastructure-situated near many public transport stops, cafes, restaurants, various shops and supermarkets, as well as the Trade Center "Olimpia".
