DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

Near the Ebelmuiza Park five medium size three-storey houses shall be constructed with convenient, comfortable, high quality and modern design apartments. The surrounding area is well-organized, greened and lighted. Each building shall include in total 17 one - room, two – room and three - room apartments with the area from 33 sq.m. to 77 sq.m. Each apartment shall be provided with spacious balcony with excellent view to the surrounding park.

The project is divided into two construction stages. In the first stage construction of two buildings shall take place and in the second stage the construction of the rest three houses shall be completed. Between the buildings the yard car parking lots shall be arranged.

FACILITIES

The territory shall be well-organized with asphalt and paved roads. In the area free from the transport flow playground including sand box, play house and benches shall be arranged. Four protected trees are located on the land plot.

MANAGEMENT

The management of the buildings shall be provided by professional company chosen by the means of tender. In case the society created by the apartment owners shall decide to change the management company of the buildings, it shall be enforced in accordance with the procedure provided by the legislation (vote of the general meeting of the apartment owners).
