Akaciju Street 6 is planned to build a nine-story building with 62 apartments in total- comfortable one, two and three bedroom apartments with an area ranging from 40m2 to 76 m2. In the building yard shall include 62 ground parking lots, one for each apartment, with entry from Jurmalas gatve. One stairwell as well as with the technical build basement rooms, utility room and holding rooms. All apartments in the building, with the exception of the first-floor apartments, designed for balconies or French balconies.

Each apartment provides a holding space in the basement and one surface parking that is included in the apartment price.

The complex constuction was started in September of 2011.

Deadline-the beginning of 2013.

The area will be paved and landscaped, paved roads, a number of rest areas, greenery groups with a variety of ornamental plants and trees, lighting, bicycle storage, parking lot enclosed children's play area, including the basketball cart.
