Smilšu 18 is an office building in Old Riga at Smilšu iela 18, between Smilšu and Trokšņu streets. The building is owned and leased by SIA Anderson Invest.
The building took its present form in 1924, when two adjoining 18th-century houses were combined and rebuilt to a design by architect Makss Ozmidovs (Ozmidovs un Hercbergs) as the office of the London-based United Baltic Corporation. The façade reflects the modernist trends of the time. After the war the building continued to serve as an administrative and office building; the most recent reconstruction was carried out in 1997.
According to the cadastre, the building has a total area of 1,199 m², with 5 above-ground floors and a basement. Offices are leased floor by floor (floors 1–5); the standard lease term is 2 years. According to the owner, all floors are currently leased.
Banks, embassies, company offices and Old Riga's restaurants and cafés are nearby. The Jēkaba Arkāde car park is 90 metres away.
