After Mikhail Eisenstein in 1904, the largest building at 4 Albert Street at one time was the current State Councilor Andrejs Ļebedinska for rent a house. On the second floor they resemble the letter "T", on the fourth floor they look like a keyhole, but on the third floor they visually merge into a single large oval, although behind it there are two separate apartments, three separate rooms. The buildings of the central entrance on both sides placed stylized winged reliefs of lions, which are associated with the sun, a symbol. Also in the center of the building, placed on a winged casting with a female head symbolizes the sun and protection.
