After Mikhail Eisenstein in 1904, the largest building at 4 Albert Street at one time was the current State Councilor Andrejs Ļebedinska for rent a house. The most elegant and artistically visoriģinālākā eklektiski Deco Art Nouveau building. They are symmetrical compositions, emphasizing the central rizalīts, which is crowned by a far-protruded, curved, with metal profiles made and a metal bracket based on the cornice. Atiku above the roof is decorated with three jellyfish heads with kliedzienā pavērtām mouths. A similar motif was used in Joseph Maria Olbriha's Vienna projected Secesijas building. Above the head of the jellyfish are turrets with figures of eagles and other decorative formations. The rizalītus side ridges of lions are figures symbolizing safety and protection. Logailas of the central part of the façade are planted in an unusual, but in the Art Nouveau style, fashionable forms of the corresponding configuration. On the second floor they resemble the letter "T", on the fourth floor they look like a keyhole, but on the third floor they visually merge into a single large oval, although behind it there are two separate apartments, three separate rooms. The buildings of the central entrance on both sides placed stylized winged reliefs of lions, which are associated with the sun, a symbol. Also in the center of the building, placed on a winged casting with a female head symbolizes the sun and protection.
