The house complex has 3 buildings - two of them are new buildings, the third - a reconstructed 19th century building designed by architect Florian von Viganowski. The house complex has 41 apartments with living area from 44 m2 up to 185 m2. The apartments are bright, with large windows at full height. Most apartments have a balcony or terrace.

Apartment owners are offered to develop an individual interior design, as well as apartments with already developed design projects.

The complex is closed and operates 24 hours a day

All apartments are equipped with air conditioning and automatic ventilation in the bathrooms and kitchens. The apartments have an Air-fresh system, which provides a constant supply of air.
